Lohan, Major 'bringing aid to Haiti'

Lindsay Lohan's father has reportedly revealed that he is planning to travel to Haiti with aid for survivors of last month's earthquake.

Speaking to Radar Online, Michael Lohan said that he is hoping to visit the Caribbean island with girlfriend Kate Major later this month.

"I'll be going there in about three weeks. I've raised about $125,000 in goods for Haiti," he is quoted as saying.

Lohan and Major - who was previously linked to Jon Gosselin - reportedly planned to travel to the country last month but were advised not to go. "We still plan to go," said Major. "We're just going to go when they feel it's safer."

A slew of famous faces have pledged money to the Haiti relief fund, while John Travolta personally flew his private jet filled with supplies and doctors to the island last week.
