The singer, who is currently on the group's first UK jaunt, admitted that he hands them out to his bandmates.
"It's all about staying safe. We all think so. My mum sends me down a stash and I dish them out to the lads so none of us have to worry," he told The Sun.
The 21-year-old claimed that he always ensures that he uses his own condoms for extra protection.
"Some girls have condoms but we would never take them because you never know what may have been done to them. We don't want to be trapped," he said.
JLS are reportedly considered launching their own contraceptive range with the name Just Love Safe.
