The '22' singer, who originally quit the micro-blogging site in September, revealed that she has an "exciting" announcement to make.
"Hello, I'm back," she wrote. "Just got back from Aus, and I had a wonderful time. Setting up my new office in London, got some really exciting stuff to share with you. So watch this space x xx x"
She added: "For now though, I'm off to the gym. Went to india over Xmas, and the clarified butter has made its way from my tummy to my thighs. eeuuggh."
Allen recently claimed that her internet use was destructive, comparing it to alcohol and drug dependency.
