Jackson doc Murray 'plans to surrender'

It was previously reported that the Los Angeles District Attorney plans to charge the physician with involuntary manslaughter in connection with his alleged role in Jackson's death.
TMZ says that depending on Murray's intention to give himself up, charges will need to be filed before his first court appearance.
It is still unclear whether Murray will make an appearance at an LA courtroom personally or if he will ask the LAPD to arrest him and bring him in.
