Jackson doc Murray's 'indictment delayed'
Published Wednesday, Feb 3 2010, 20:13 GMT | By Oli Simpson

It was reported yesterday that Murray's legal team were preparing to surrender the physician to authorities this morning.
However, Los Angeles police have now decided that they will not move to charge him in connection with Jackson's death until tomorrow at the earliest, says TMZ.
It is also thought that the LA District Attorney is planning to recommend bail be set at $25,000 (£15,700) when the case begins, which is the standard level for involuntary manslaughter in Los Angeles County.
