Michael Jackson's former doctor Conrad Murray will appear in court tomorrow, where he is expected to be charged.

It has been claimed that Murray was responsible for Jackson's death last year after the singer died from cardiac arrest due to a lethal administration of the painkiller propofol.

Murray's lawyer Ed Chernoff said in a statement: "We are presently negotiating with the District Attorneys' office the surrender of Dr Murray.

"The specifics have not yet been agreed to and when the agreement is complete we will report further."

He added: "Until then we will not be sharing agreement terms or conducting interviews with the media."

According to TMZ, Murray will turn himself in to the LAPD tomorrow morning, where he will be booked and taken to Airpot Court and face a judge at 1.30pm.

It is believed that a video camera will record the event, with reports emerging that Murray will be charged with involuntary manslaughter.
