The former X Factor host, 36, said that her son played a prank on her and pulled down her clothing when she answered the door.
"I was wearing pyjama bottoms with nothing underneath," she told The Sun.
"I went to the door and as I was taking the mobile my son came up behind me and pulled them right down."
She added: "The guy went, 'It's all right, it's all right, I didn't see anything' - but he did."
