Michael Jackson's spokesperson, Raymone Bain, has told reporters that the star is suffering from "excruciating back pain."

Bain made the remarks after Jackson appeared late to court yesterday, looking disshevelled. She explained that Jackson was late because he had been in hospital prior to the resumption of his trial that morning.
