Debra Messing has revealed that the working schedule for the sit-com is ideal for her role as a mother.
Messing, who plays the neurotic Grace in the show, said that she found caring for her 11-month-old son, Roman, whilst promoting movie The Wedding Date, but filming for the soap is much more accomodating, reports Contactmusic.com.
She said: "Luckily Will + Grace only shoots for half a year and we have one week off a month.
"We work 25-30 hours per week on the set, so it is the most ideal arrangement for a mother.
"I have a dressing room on the set and a dressing room next door to it that they let me make into a little nursery."
