Jon Kortajarena appears in A Single Man and met the 51-year-old superstar at the film's New York premiere.
A source at the event told The Mail On Sunday that the 24-year-old was flattered by Madonna's attention.
"She has made some enquiries about him and has found out a bit more about some of his future modelling gigs in a bid to use her influence to his advantage," the insider said.
Kortajarena is just one year older than Madonna's former flame Jesus Luz.
