Lily Allen: 'I feel like Michelle McManus'

Lily Allen has claimed that her body dysmorphia makes her feel like she is the same size as Michelle McManus.

The 'Not Fair' popstar, who recently revealed that she suffers from the anxiety disorder, admitted that she believes she looks the same as the curvy former Pop Idol winner.

"Ask me, 'What do you see when you look in the mirror in the morning'? and I'll be like, 'Someone who is more overweight than I actually am'," she told Love magazine.

"It's body dysmorphia. I honestly think I look like Michelle McManus or something."

Allen previously claimed that she has given up worrying about her weight.
