The Mean Girls star, who was recently pictured with a cut on her lip, was believed to have had a filler injected into her mouth to make her lips look fuller.
After posting a photo of herself on Twitter, Lohan wrote: "See! My lips are just as they've always been. Lol. It's nuts that I feel the need to give proof! What is this world coming to!!"
Although the actress still had a small mark visible on her mouth in the picture, she wrote: "Why are all of my friends asking me if I have a cut on my lip? Lol coz I don't."
Lohan recently said that she was clearing out her life in a bid to make her life more "serene".
