Jackson's fingerprints 'found on porn mags'

Fingerprints matching Michael Jackson and his young accuser Gavin Arviso have been found on the same magazine.

Prosecution witness Robert Spinner, a forensic expert for the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department, identified Jackson's left thumb print and three of Arviso's on the same copy of 'Hustler Barely Legal Hardcore.'

The prints were among nineteen found on a variety of pornographic materials, the jury heard on Friday. Two also belonged to Gavin Arviso's younger brother Star.

The defence contended that the boys and Jackson had never handled the materials together, instead suggesting that the boys' prints had been made during grand jury testimony. They also claimed that the pair had snooped through Jackson's belongings without permission.

Earlier in the week, Judge Rodney Melville ruled that jurors would not hear about internet porn found on Jackson's computers on the grounds that they were irrelevant to the abuse allegations.
