Culture Club singer Boy George has slammed Elton John and Madonna.
Responding to criticism that his attacks on Elton and Madonna in his new biography are unfair, he has decided to set the record straight.
He told The Mirror, "Hang on, who f*****g made Elton John the headmaster and who f*****g made Madonna the queen? I've got every right to say what I like, and if they want to say things about me, fine."
Boy George recently accused Madonna of being a hypocrite for practising Kabbalah, which states that homosexuality is a curable disease.
"If you base your entire career on embracing homosexuals you are accountable," he explained. "She's hit back by saying Kabbalah, or Kan't Kope-a-Kabbalah as I call it, embraces homosexuality. B******s.
"All religions embrace homosexuals. You know, 'Love the sinner, not the sin.' It means feel sorry for them because they're going to hell. Well I don't want your pity - p*** off. Besides, if she's so spiritual she can rise above it."
The singer is also unhappy with Sir Elton John for performing a duet with Eminem, whose songs contain homophobic lyrics.
"He said doing it was a big political gesture," he added. "It wasn't. I said it was just a desperate bid to be trendy. And that's why he is so p****d off. His boyfriend chased me into the toilets, hammered on the door and started yelling about all the good things Elton does for the gay community. Yeah, I said, well, that wasn't one of them, was it?"
