The legal action arose following the Much Music Awards in Canada last year, when Black Eyed Peas rapper will.i.am confronted Hilton regarding negative comments made about bandmate Fergie on his site.
Group manager Liborio Molina allegedly punched the blogger in the back of the head, prompting Hilton to file a civil suit against Molina seeking more than $25,000 (£15,625) in damages.
Attorneys for the two parties apparently reached an agreement during an appearance at the Los Angeles Superior Court on February 9.
The case was then promptly dismissed by Judge John S. Wiley, according to Contactmusic.
The terms of the settlement are expected to remain private.
