John Mayer 'embroiled in racial controversy'

John Mayer has become embroiled in a race scandal, a report claims.

TMZ understands that the Battle Studies singer is now at the centre of controversy after comparing his penis to white supremacist David Duke.

The star was originally asked in an interview with Playboy: "Do black women throw themselves at you?"

Mayer then jokingly responded: "I don't think I open myself to it. My d**k is sort of like a white supremacist. I've got a Benetton heart and a f**king David Duke c**k. I'm going to start dating separately from my d**k."
