The judge in the Michael Jackson trial will allow testimony on five previous abuse allegations against the singer.

The previous allegations include one made in 1993 that was settled out of court. The alleged victim in that case will not testify; instead, the story surrounding the 1993 allegations will be relayed to the jury via third parties.

Testimony in another three cases will also be discussed in court by third parties, but in a fourth case, the alleged victim will testify.
