Vic Reeves adverts pulled
Published Tuesday, Mar 29 2005, 13:07 BST | By Daniel Saney
Commercials featuring comic Vic Reeves advertising car insurance have been pulled following his accident.
The Shooting Stars host was charged with a drink driving offence on Saturday after he collided with another car near his home in Kent.
Reeves provided voiceovers on the Churchill modding bulldog adverts for the past five years, though the company has now had second thoughts about his suitability.
A spokesman for Churchill said that the company was "extremely concerned" and intend to "fully review the situation."
