Simon Cowell: 'Mezhgan's the one'

Simon Cowell has reportedly admitted that he is "smitten" with Mezhgan Hussainy during filming for Piers Morgan's Life Stories.

The 50-year-old media mogul, who is rumoured to be engaged to Hussainy, was recently tipped to start a family this year by his friend Nigel Lythgoe.

Speaking during his Life Stories interview with Morgan, Cowell is said to have revealed that kids are on the horizon.

"I'm smitten with Mezhgan - I think she's the one. She's very special," he said. "I think I need to have little Simons around."

Cowell's interview is being eyed for a March transmission on ITV1.
