Former Hear'say singer Suzanne Shaw is to demand £1 million of ex-boyfriend Darren Day's fortune.
Suzanne has apparently called in lawyers, and expects £50,000-a-year from Darren to support their three-month-old baby, Corey. Shaw also wants Day to sell their £1 million Hertfordshire home, so that she gets half of the assets.
Shaw told a friend, "Why should I struggle as a single mum? I am going to squeeze every last drop out of him. I've really helped him get his career back on track, without me he'd be nothing. I've put up with his lies, his deceit and insecurities. It's payback time."
The singer's friend told the Sunday Mirror, "She wants to make her son's future secure."
However, a friend of Darren's insisted, "He has said he will always look after his son."
