Meat Loaf snubs meatloaf at Brits

Singer and reality TV judge Meat Loaf sent his food back at the Brit Awards when they served him a plate of meatloaf.

The 'Bat Out Of Hell' musician, who is currently appearing on ITV1 series Popstar To Operastar, was a guest at the music award ceremony on Tuesday.

However, the organisers made an error when they served the 62-year-old vegetarian a meat dish.

"Meat is a big eater but ironically he doesn't eat the stuff," a source told The Sun. "So he had a face like thunder when he was presented with some meatloaf. He sent it away and asked for the vegetarian meal he ordered.

"I suppose you could say he'd do anything for grub, but he won't do that."

The Popstar To Operastar final airs on Friday at 9pm on ITV1.
