Joe Jackson 'granted MJ medical records'

Joe Jackson has been allowed access to his son's medical files following a much-publicised legal battle to get answers about his death.

A Los Angeles judge last week postponed a ruling to decide whether Joe was entitled to view the records, but has now granted him the go-ahead to continue his personal investigation into the King Of Pop's death.

The request is connected to a potential lawsuit from Joe over his son's passing.

The executors of the singer's estate had previously filed an objection with the court, claiming Joe should not be given the papers as he was not a dependent of his son.
