Maid's son claims Jackson molestation

The son of a maid of Michael Jackson's testified that the star molested him on three seperate occasions.

The man, now 24, claimed that the first incident happened when he was seven years old and was watching television with Jackson. He explained: "I'm tickling and he's tickling and it eventually moved down to my little private region ... around my crotch area." He added that this tickling was only on the outside of his shorts.

This was followed a year later by a similar incident whilst the pair watched Woody Woodpecker, and then again at the age of ten, though on that occasion Jackson reached inside his shorts, he said. On the first two occasions the star inserted a $100 bill "down my pants," he testified.

The man admitted that he underwent five years of counselling after airing his allegations in the early 1990s when his mother settled with Jackson out of court.

Defence attorney Thomas Mesereau tried to pick holes in his statements to the police, though this was generally unsuccessful as the man had trouble remembering what he said all those years ago.
