Simpson sells $4m Hollywood home

Ashlee Simpson has decided to sell the Hollywood home that she bought before marrying Pete Wentz, according to reports.

The singer and her Fall Out Boy husband, who have a son called Bronx, have allegedly said that they would like to sell the property in preparation for them having more children.

According to Bang Showbiz, estate agents Sotheby's International Realty describes the $4 million (£2.3 million) villa as "ideal for discerning clients with stunning views of hills and canyon".

The Mediterranean-style mansion boasts an open plan kitchen, an upstairs master bedroom suite with matching his-and-hers closets, a fitness room and a media room leading outside to a swimming pool and spa.
