Jolie, Voight holiday in Venice

Angelina Jolie and father Jon Voight were spotted together during a family trip in Venice, Italy, on Sunday.

The actress was on holiday with partner Brad Pitt and their six children. The clan were seen travelling down Venice's Grand Canal.

"We're in touch, but not regularly", Voight told Us Weekly. "We love each other and that's the most important thing."

Jolie stopped speaking to Voight after he claimed on national television that his daughter had "serious mental problems". Last autumn, the 71-year-old actor revealed that he and Jolie had reconciled.

Voight recently denied rumours that Pitt and Jolie had separated, calling the reports "nonsense".
