Lola Van Vost has revealed that she will be judging fashions in the field at the Pink Stiletto race day on Friday.
The star, who shot to fame after taking part in 2009's Australia's Next Top Model, said that she was very excited when she was asked to "pop her cherry" at the parade that takes place during the Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras event in Sydney.
Van Vorst told The Daily Telegraph: "The organisers wanted someone with a gay profile and I certainly have that because that is what I am - I love women.
"I really hope and want to encourage people to make their best effort to look great on the day. I'm also looking forward to the Pink Stiletto stakes where Sydney's top drag queens will be running down the straight in their heels."
Up to 10,000 are expected to attend the event at Royal Randwick.
