Cowell turns vegetarian for Lewis
WENN
Simon Cowell has agreed to become a vegetarian for Leona Lewis.

The music mogul, who mentored Lewis on The X Factor in 2006, said that he would give up eating animal products one day a week to support Sir Paul McCartney's Meat Free Mondays campaign, a charity fronted by Lewis.

"Anything I ask Simon to get involved in regarding my charity and environmental concerns he always does," The Sun quotes Lewis as saying. "He's cool like that."

Other celebrities supporting the cause are Chris Martin, Woody Harrelson and Kevin Spacey.

Lewis recently banned meat from being served on her upcoming tour, saying: "The meat industry is polluting the environment."
