Derek Hough 'wants Cheryl Cole US move'

Dancing With The Stars professional Derek Hough is hoping that Cheryl Cole will move to the US following her split from husband Ashley, a report has claimed.

The dancer was pictured with Cheryl in Los Angeles last week and reportedly spent seven hours comforting the star in her hotel room on Sunday night.

Cheryl yesterday announced her decision to separate from Ashley after arriving back in the UK. Their split followed days of allegations that Ashley is a love cheat.

According to the Daily Star, Hough has now told a friend: "Cheryl is wonderful, simply wonderful. It's terrible what she's been going through. I hope she moves out here. That would be great."

A recent report said that the popstar plans to concentrate on making a name for herself in the US following her marriage break-up.
