Cheryl Cole will talk to Jonathan Ross on TV about the breakdown of her marriage to Ashley, it has been claimed.

According to The Sun, the recording for the BBC One programme was booked before Cheryl announced that she would separate from her footballer husband.

Cheryl spoke on Friday Night With Jonathan Ross in 2008 about her first public split from Ashley.

At the time, the Girls Aloud singer said of her £150,000 wedding ring: "I was tempted to put it back on - in his head!"
