In the report, which was made available today, it also confirms that the cause of the actress's death was accidental.
According to TMZ, the LA County Coroner listed multiple medications present in the late star's blood "with elevated levels of hydrocodone, acetaminophen, and chlorpheniramine. L-methamphetamine was also present".
The drugs suggest that Murphy was treating symptoms of a cold or a respiratory infection.
The report continues: "The possible adverse physiological effects of elevated levels of these medications cannot be discounted, especially in her weakened state. Therefore the manner of death is accident."
