Phillips entered the clinic earlier this month to receive treatment for anxiety.
In a statement to Us Weekly, her representative said: "After successfully completing her inpatient treatment for anxiety, Chynna Phillips has happily returned home to celebrate her daughter's tenth birthday with her family and friends."
Meanwhile, an insider claimed that Phillips entered the facility because she is struggling to come to terms with the revelation that her half-sister Mackenzie Phillips was in an incestuous relationship with their late father John.
"The whole thing has caused Chynna such stress that she needs to rest because of it," the source explained.
