Peter Andre renews celibacy vow

Peter Andre has claimed that he does not plan to have casual sex again following his recent experience with stylist Maddy Ford.

The popstar told The Mirror that he is renewing his celibacy vow and plans to keep it in place until he finds a serious girlfriend.

At the weekend, Andre confessed that he had been involved in a three-month fling with former glamour model Ford. He made the admission after she lifted the lid on their time together in a tabloid interview.

Reflecting on the relationship, the father-of-two commented: "I dipped my toe back into the water and got badly burnt. What a mistake that was!

"I'm gutted. But I've got it out of my system. I don't want to go there with anyone else again now, not unless I know it's serious. The children are my priority and always will be - not a new woman."

In July last year, Andre vowed not to sleep with anyone until his divorce from Katie Price came through. It is thought that his romantic meetings with Ford began in October, shortly after his marriage split was finalised.
