According to People, former Zoey 101 star Jamie Lynn - who lives in Louisiana - and 20-month-old daughter Maddie were spotted lunching with Britney at Asia de Cuba earlier this month.
"They were laughing and having a really good time," claimed one eye witness.
Jamie Lynn, 18, was recently reported to have ended her romance with long-time boyfriend and father of her child Casey Aldridge, and begun dating 28-year-old businessman James "Jamie" Watson.
"He's nice, well-mannered and cute," said an insider, adding that "things are really good" between Britney and her agent boyfriend Jason Trawick.
