The 54-year-old former model, who split from Rolling Stones musician Ronnie last year after 23 years of marriage when he had an affair with Katia Ivanova, said that she is still friends with Ronnie but is now ready for a boyfriend.
Jo told Closer magazine: "We actually met for lunch the other day, we're still friends. I'm on the lookout for a new man at the moment - maybe Ronnie can find one for me!"
Talking about their split, Jo recently said: "I mean I was heartbroken. But truly, it didn't take me that long to... I can't say to get over it, not completely. But I did start finding my way out of it quite quickly. Two months! Ha ha!"
