Cemelia Green pleaded not guilty to criminal mischief and trespassing after entering a Long Island property she mistook for the star's house, the BBC reports.
Green was previously spotted at the property and claimed to be the wife of the rapper, real name Sean Combs.
She fled when she was approached by staff and police were called. Later in February, she reportedly asked local police for directions to Diddy's house.
The Florida woman has been freed on $5,000 (£3,326) bail.
