The presenter, who wed Ozzy in July 1982, revealed that the couple have worked through hard times to make their union stronger.
"Ozzy says we are meant to be, we're like bread and butter. It works because we have the love, respect and desire not to give up on each other," she told Stylist.
"Life creeps on you and you realise too late that fairy-story romances do not exist. Ozzy and I have evolved. We've hit some low points when he faced his addictions but we came out the other side."
The 57-year-old met Ozzy when her father Don Arden managed Black Sabbath. She later managed the group herself.
Discussing her dual role, she added: "Ozzy and I have been working together for 30 years and there are certain situations where you must ask, am I a wife or manager? For me the manager always comes first. You always want what's best for your act."
Sharon recently admitted that she finds criticism of her children as "hurtful".
