Bingle to make $200k from nude scandal

Lara Bingle will be paid about $200,000 (£120,000) for telling her side of the recent nude photograph story, according to reports.

The Australian model, who is engaged to cricketer Michael Clarke, is reportedly keen to defend herself after accusing ex-lover Brendan Fevola of leaking naked pictures of her from when they had an affair three years ago.

Bingle was believed to be threatening Fevola with legal action, but will be unable to sue him if she sells her story to a magazine.

The football league player was questioned by the AFL yesterday and could still face punishment for his rumoured involvement in the scandal.

AFL football operations officer Adrian Anderson told the Courier-Mail: "We find unacceptable any behaviour of taking a photo of a woman without her consent and circulating that, it's completely unacceptable from an AFL point of view.

"Whether that's happened in this particular case, we're not aware at the moment. I'm not going to go into sanctions at this particular point in time, because I think the important thing is to establish the facts in this case."
