The rapper is said to have won an ongoing legal battle with British government officials, who barred him from the country following a brawl at London's Heathrow Airport in 2006.
The 38-year-old, real name Calvin Broadus, was arrested with his entourage and has since had restricted entry.
According to reports, Dogg approached the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal, which deemed that border authorities should not have denied him access. The ruling was announced earlier this week.
The star made a number of previous attempts to overturn the ruling, including asking David Beckham and Sir Paul McCartney to back his plea.
