Busted's Matt dumped by girlfriend

Former Busted singer Matt Jay has been dumped by his girlfriend, MTV presenter Emma Griffiths.

Matt, who checked into the The Priory clinic to receive treatment for alcohol abuse last week, is said to be devastated by the news.

Griffiths apparently hopes to reunite with her ex-boyfriend and co-presenter, Alex Zane.

A source told the Sunday Mirror, "Matt is gutted. He's lost his girl and he's battling to fight his booze addictions. Emma wishes Matt all the best but she always knew he wasn't the man for her. Emma has always had strong feelings for Alex."
