Ronan Keating "addicted" to exercise

Ronan Keating has revealed that he loves exercising.

In an interview with Attitude, the Boyzone star explained that he believes it is important to stay in shape as he gets older.

"We realise we're older, and you can let yourself go a little bit, so we try that little bit harder," he said. "I get a bit addicted to it."

Keating added that he has got another tattoo to join the body art he has in memory of his late bandmate Stephen Gately.

"On the back I have, 'The future is unwritten', which is a Joe Strummer quote," he said. "I only got it two weeks ago. Ever since Steo passed away I've realised that more than ever. You've got to take every day as it comes and live as if it's your last."
