Jade Goody has left the majority of her £3m fortune to her sons, reports the News Of The World.

The Big Brother star left £10,000 to her mother Jackiey Budden and £20,000 to pay for the funerals of her grandparents Sylvia and John.

Widower Jack Tweed, who is awaiting trial for the alleged rape of a teenage girl at his East London home, was named as a beneficiary, saving more than £1m in inheritance tax, but the 22-year-old only receives his late wife's car.

A friend said that Goody was adamant her children have every opportunity in life. "It's not that she wanted Jack to have nothing. She was very generous when she was alive and he can ask for money from the trust if he likes," she said. "But Jade was adamant that she lived for her kids. They were the most important, and everything was geared to leaving them as financially secure as possible."

Trustees are expected to donate a part of Goody's legacy, which includes property, jewellery and royalties, to the Royal Marsden Hospital, where the young mother was treated before her death from cancer last March.
