The 24-year-old said: "I'm taking my mum, my dad and my brother."
LaBeouf and Mulligan have been dating since they met on the set of Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps last year.
The 2010 Academy Awards take place tonight at Hollywood's Kodiak Theatre.
