Previous plans to commemorate Jackson in Vienna, Austria were scrapped last year.
However, Jermaine has apparently now admitted that he has not given up on the project and so booked London's Wembley Arena on June 8 for a belated concert in memory to the late King of Pop.
The show will be called 'Tribute By Jermaine' and is also expected to be filmed for a future DVD release.
Jermaine told Undercover.com.au: "The best way and most suitable way is to assemble the world's largest tribute in history that is only fitting to a man who moved the hearts and souls of an unimaginable amount."
The 55-year-old is yet to confirm the show's lineup.
