Jennifer Hudson: 'My son thinks he's a dog'

Jennifer Hudson has revealed that her son David is obsessed with the family dogs.

The Dreamgirls star claimed that her first child with fiancé David Otunga - who is now 7 months old - has grown so close to their pets that he has begun to replicate their barks in an attempt to communicate with them.

Hudson told Access Hollywood: "The baby loves the dogs. He's always trying to play with them and he thinks he's one of them. He even growls like the dogs and I'm like, 'Are you growling?'

"We were just on the plane the other day and he was growling at the broccoli that he was playing with. He was like, 'Arrrrr!' He growls at the other babies and he thinks that's how you're supposed to communicate."

The 28-year-old added: "He's great. He's steadily growing. He's crawling now. I'm just loving being a mum."
