Dennis Hopper wife 'won't leave property'

Dennis Hopper's wife Victoria has reportedly been fighting to stay on the actor's property despite a March 15 deadline.

According to TMZ, Victoria filed papers claiming that she doesn't have to leave because she is living in another structure on the premises not mentioned in the original prenuptial agreement.

The Easy Rider star has also been accused of "preparing to die" by taking her out of his will.

"I believe in contemplation of death, [Dennis Hopper] may be intending to remove me as a beneficiary of any kind," she asserted.

Last month, it was reported that Hopper was losing his battle with prostate cancer.
