The Strictly Come Dancing host has stood by her partner after he admitted sending racy messages to five different women.
In her first TV appearance since the news broke, Daly explained that she was keen to work things out for the sake of their history and two young daughters Phoebe and Amber.
Speaking on The One Show last night, Daly explained: "It's been tough as you can imagine, but I've taken some time out to think things through and at the end of the day we've had ten great years together, we've got two beautiful kids and we both think that's worth fighting for."
On the public nature of the scandal, she continued: "Dealing with it in private is difficult enough but dealing but with it in public is even harder.
"At the end of the day, I've had so much support from everyone that I meet really, not just family and friends, that has really touched me a lot and has been amazing."
Daly was appearing on the BBC show to promote her new Baby Diaries book. She previously scrapped a number of TV dates to publicise the volume last month.
