LaRhonda Pettit explained that she is suspicious about her father's death and had been hoping to exhume the body for an autopsy.
Pettit is one of Brown's illegitimate daughters and took a DNA test in 2007 which found he is 99.9% likely to be her father.
According to Bang Showbiz, she said: "My daddy's body has disappeared. I have no clue where it was taken, but I need to know where."
She added: "I'm convinced his death was suspicious and I want the people responsible brought to justice. The only way to do that is to exhume his body and have an autopsy. I cannot understand why one was never conducted."
Brown died on Christmas Day in 2006. His remains were being held at his daughter Deanna's house in South Carolina while a public mausoleum is being prepared.
