The Impressions Show star, who will perform her own version of Michael Jackson's 'Smooth Criminal' for this week's Let's Dance For Sport Relief, said that her partner James Duffield was impressed by her dressing up as Kylie Minogue.
"I've never got to keep any of my costumes. The ones that my husband wishes I'd taken home was probably one of the Minogues," she told DS. "Probably not Michael Jackson!"
The former Coronation Street actress also revealed that her inspiration on Let's Dance is one of her 7-year-old son's friends, who regularly performs a Michael Jackson act.
"He's now mentoring me and he's taking it very seriously. It's very, very sweet. He's my teacher and he taught me everything that I knew," she said.
The Let's Dance For Sport Relief final airs on Saturday at 7pm on BBC One.
