Stewart: 'I was starstruck at Oscars'

Kristen Stewart has said that she became starstruck at the Academy Awards last Sunday.

The Twilight actress, who co-presented a horror montage with Taylor Lautner, claimed that she was most excited to meet Oscar-winner Kate Winslet.

"She's one of my favourite actresses", Stewart said, according to E! Online. "I've seen her around at things but I never met her."

The 19-year-old expressed her excitement over the actress by gulping and bulging her eyes. "Her presence made me do that," she joked. "But it was really cool. She was great."

Later in the night, Stewart became starstruck once more when she was introduced to actress Natalie Portman at the Governor's Ball.

"I didn't want to be in the room anymore," said the actress. "I literally wanted to eat my own head with a fork and knife."

Stewart will appear opposite Dakota Fanning in the upcoming film The Runaways.
