Michael Lohan's ex-fiancee arrested

Michael Lohan's ex-fiancee Erin Muller has reportedly been arrested.

According to Access Hollywood, the 26-year-old was was booked on Thursday for making a harassing phone call to Lohan, which violated a protective order. On Friday, Muller appeared in court where she denied the charges and was released on bail.

"Erin denies ever calling him… and once again we’re dealing with another bogus allegation," said Muller's attorney Bryan Konoski.

Lohan alleged that Muller and her friends have a history of harassing him and will pursue further legal action.

"Just in case they continue on their path, we are preparing subpoenas," Lohan said. "I am hiring another attorney that handles civil actions which I will pursue as well. Then we will see, who’s been and is telling the truth."

Muller is scheduled to appear back in court on April 7.
